Cette série de photographies provient d'une collaboration entre trois photograhes du collectif BlowUp et l'artiste Vincent Matyn. Une édition prenant la forme d'un DVD a été édité aux éditions 6870. Elle rassemble un diaporama accompagné de textes. Il a été conçu à partir de photographies et de témoignages de fonctionnaires de la Cité administrative de Bruxelles. Ces photos et ces enregistrements ont été produits dans le cadre de deux installations distinctes présentées lors du festival PleinOpenAir 2004 organisé par les asbl Nova et City Mine(d).

This series of photographs comes from a collaboration between three photographers from the BlowUp collective and the artist Vincent Matyn. An edition in the form of a DVD was published by éditions 6870. It brings together a slide show accompanied by texts. It was designed from photographs and testimonies of civil servants from the Administrative City of Brussels. These photos and recordings were produced as part of two separate installations presented at the PleinOpenAir 2004 festival organized by the non-profit organizations Nova and City Mine(d).
